    Being Conscious & Loving is a Healthy Goal, tho It's NOT Easy to do All the Time, especially with so much going on in our world.  If you are Willing to Learn & Practice Universal Principles Daily, any Issue, Challenge, or Problem Can Be Solved or Transformed by following Simple Steps:

     

    1. Have an Attitude of Gratitude (Look for the Gifts and Praise Them!)

     

    2. When in doubt, tell the truth about yourself to someone who can listen with Zero Negativity (kindness, positivity, and respect). Making an "appointment" with person to have undivided attention is beneficial. Reach out knowing you are worthy of being happy.

     

    3. Realize if you are unhappy, it's likely you are believing a lie or  having an expectation... Breathe and Tune Into your Heart for the answer, and if unable to see clearly, reach out to a loving friend, coach or mentor to help you see the Truth.

     

    4. Trust the process. Release any need to rush progress.  Long Lasting Results Require Intention & Daily Practice. Repeat 1,2, and 3 above Everyday.
